Bungalows
Der Bungalow bietet sich an, wenn auf dem Grundstück genügend Fläche zur Verfügung steht oder für kleine Familien nicht sehr viel Wohnfläche benötigt wird. Ein großer Vorteil beim Bau eines Bungalows ist es, dass alle Räume auf einer Ebene und damit ohne Treppe erreichbar sind. Damit empfiehlt sich ein Bungalow für das Wohnen im Alter. Um genügend Stauraum im eigenen Haus zu haben, kann der Bungalow unterkellert werden. Der Bungalow wird meist als Einfamilienhaus konzipiert.
